1) The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that Central Government Industrial Tribunal, II (CGIT-II) is now functional and that the Petitioner desires to exercise their remedy of filing Appeal which is already filed before the CGIT. In that view of the matter, the present petition cannot be entertained. Leave granted to withdraw the present petition. It appears that by order dated 28 May 2024, this Court has granted ad-interim relief in favour of the Petitioner by staying the notice of demand dated 15 May 2024 subject to making deposit in this Court as directed in para-9 of the order.

2) It appears that Petitioner has deposited Rs.6,00,485/- and Rs.10,73,067/- in this Court. The Petitioner shall be at liberty to withdraw ___Page No.

Subject to the Petitioner withdrawing the amount from this Court and depositing the same before CGIT-II, the interim order granted by this Court shall continue to operate. 3) With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
