After the matter was heard for sometime, I find that no case is made out to entertain this Petition in vacation. 2.

An application Exhibit 41 was filed seeking access of the child by the father. The said application also contains prayer for access during summer vacation. The parties thereafter on 15 March 2023 filed a joint pursis, wherein they agreed for certain terms regarding visitation rights of the father. No specific dates were agreed for summer vacation access.

In such a situation, no case is made out.
