Since the Enquiry Report is the basis of the order of suspension, and we find that it make a reference to the certificate which was issued to the Petitioner on 03/07/2018, certifying percentage of his blindness as 0% pursuant to his examination by the Medical Board on 07/05/2018, we direct the learned counsel representing Zilla Parishad, to produce before us the Enquiry Report forwarded to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nashik on 14/02/2024, in original, alongwith the documents which were placed before the Committee.
