After the matter was argued for some time, both the counsel agreed that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the petitioner-husband be allowed one more access of minor daughter on Saturday (8/6/2024) and on Sunday (9/6/2024) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., in any temple, garden or a mall near to the residence of the respondent-wife.
