This writ petition was filed with a prayer seeking implementation of the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. The learned counsel for the applicants-intervenor submits that the applicants-intervenors have approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal, which has passed a conditional interim order. The condition of deposit has been complied with.
