1) The present petition was heard on 22nd November 2024 and we have dictated order in the Court disposing of the said petition. However, while correcting the draft order it was noticed that the date mentioned in the copy of Resolution bearing No.OW/44/2023 of Respondent No.1/ Grampanchayat is ambiguous and there is no clarity about the exact date on which the said Resolution was passed. Therefore, the Petition is listed today under the caption "For Directions". We have pointed out the said fact to Mr.Patil learned advocate appearing for Petitioner. He was also unable to give a clarification about the exact date on which the said Resolution is passed. We therefore deemed it proper to call for explanation from 1/2

Purti Parab 10-WP-7874-2024.doc Respondent No.1 in that behalf. In view of the above, the order dated 22 nd November 2024 passed by us disposing of the Petition is recalled. 2) Issue notice to Respondent No.1 returnable on 11th February 2025.
