Mahendra Bhaskar Limaye & Ors. [arising out of the impugned final judgment and order dated 20th October, 2023 in Writ Petition No. 3680 of 2023 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay at Nagpur] he has instructions to withdraw the above Writ Petition.
