The only anxiety of the Petitioner is that the proposal for grant of Shalarth-ID, will have to be filed by the Management and by SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE Date:

The learned Advocate representing the Management submits on instructions that the proposal would be forwarded within 30 days.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. 4.
After the Respondent No.4/Competent Authority receives the proposal from the Management within 30 days, a proper scrutiny would be carried out and if the approval of the Petitioner is intact, the Shalarth-ID shall be allocated and the regular payment of salary shall commence. If the issue of arrears arises, the Management would calculate the arrears to be released through the Shalarth Portal to the Petitioner and the same would be considered by the Competent Authority without delay.
