The Petitioner was appointed as an Assistant Teacher on 30th June, 2021. The advertisement was published in 'Dainik Nav Sandesh', Taluka Sangola, District Solapur. The approval to the appointment has been refused by the impugned order, since the Petitioner's selection and appointment was not through the Pavitra Portal, which was active.
