Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

According to us this petition is based on pure apprehension. As on today the Petitioners are working on contract basis with the Panchayat Samiti /Zilla Parishad. The learned counsel for the Petitioners has drawn our attention to the order passed continuing the Petitioners till 7 December 2024 on contract basis. No communication is issued to the Petitioners that these appointments on contract basis are going to be terminated or that the contracts are going to be cancelled prematurely. If, as and when any such communication is received by the Petitioners, the Petitioners would have their remedies open.
