The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that after the proposal was rejected on 3 August 2022, this writ petition is filed on 15 April 2024. It appears that the Respondent-Management is not standing by the proposal was already submitted. After its rejection, the Petitioner apprehends termination of his service.

In view of the law laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of St. Ulai High School and Another vs. Devendraprasad Jagannath Singh and Another1, the Petitioner's service cannot be terminated merely because the approval is not granted. The Respondent-Management is bound by this position of law. 4.

Liberty to the Petitioner to annex the copy of this order with notice.
