Yet again none appears for Respondent No.3. It is felt necessary to call upon Respondent No.3 to file a reply failing which it will be take that this Respondent has nothing to say in the matter. 2.

It is also necessary to bring on record the entire proceedings filed before the Assistant Registrar Societies, Pune, Respondent No.2. That apart, Respondent No.2 shall also produce before this Court the entire copy of the proceedings, based on which, the order under Sections 12 and 12A of the Society Registration Act, 1860 was passed. 3.
