Petitioner has filed this Petition challenging order dated 4 March 2024 passed by the Competent Authority and Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition No.11, Solapur rejecting the objection raised by the Petitioner for disbursement of compensation in respect of the land bearing Gat No.17 acquired for construction of National Highway.

It appears that Petitioner has already executed registered deed of release in respect of land bearing Gat No.17 on 12 July 2022. Though he has filed Regular Civil Suit No.120 of 2023 seeking partition of total five properties, including Gat No.17, there is no specific prayer seeking cancellation of the release deed. Since the share of the Petitioner is released by way of registered deed, I am of the view that the objection raised by the katkam Page No.
