This writ petition is filed by the petitioner-husband challenging impugned order passed by the Family Court, Mumbai, on 6/5/2024. By the impugned order, the Family Court granted the respondent-wife permission to travel abroad along with son from 24/5/2024 to 2/6/2024. 2.

Both the counsel submit that the respondent-wife along with son have travelled abroad and have come back on 2/6/2024.
