Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties are agreeable for exploring possibility of amicable settlement. They request that the parties may be referred for mediation. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the learned Mediator has no objection for conducting mediation. 3.
By consent of the parties Ms. Anuja Prabhudessai, Former Judge of this Court is appointed as Mediator. 4.

Mediation charges, if any, shall be borne by both the parties equally.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall forward copy of this order and papers to the learned Mediator.

Learned counsels agree that the petitioner will be permitted to meet the child on either on Saturday, 3rd August 2024 or Sunday, 4th August, 2024 depending upon the schedule of the child from 2.30 pm to 9.00 pm at Phoenix Mall at Kurla, Mumbai. Learned counsel for the parties further submits that the terms and conditions for availing access will be abided by the parties vide order dated 5th July 2024.

Parties are at liberty to discuss about availing overnight access by the petitioner in the mediation process. 9.
Parties would be at liberty to make necessary arrangement regarding access during the pendency of the mediation. 10.
Stand over to 23rd August 2024. To be listed under the caption "For Settlement".
