DATE : 20th JUNE, 2025 P.C. :- 1) Mr. Raut, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/tenants, submits that the present writ petition has been filed by the landlord. He submits that the eviction suit filed by the landlord was dismissed for default. Hence, an application for restoration was filed alongwith delay condonation application, praying for condonation of delay of 1932 days. Even the said application was dismissed on merits. Subsequently, an appeal was filed before the Division Bench of the Court of Small Causes by the landlord. Even the said appeal was dismissed, hence, the present writ petition has been filed. He further submits that the suit structure does not exist as of
