The petitioner no.1 who is running poultry farm alongwith the petitioner no.2 are aggrieved by the demand of taxes made by the third respondent-Gram Panchayat Bokadare through its Secretary. According to them, no such tax can be levied on the agricultural activities conducted by them. The petitioners have made a representation dated 29/01/2024 seeking return of the amount of taxes paid by them. 2.

Considering the fact that the petitioners' representation dated 29/01/2024 is yet to be considered by the third respondent, it is directed that the said respondent, Secretary Gram Panchayat Bokadare shall consider the same in accordance with law and take a decision within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. 4.
