Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/- as directed by the Member of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in MACP No.483 of 2022 under Section 140 of the Motor Vehicles Act. 3.

Subject to the condition of deposit of Rs.25,000/- within four weeks before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Mumbai, there would be stay to the impugned order till the notice is made returnable. 4.
