Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. 4.
After hearing the learned Advocates as also Respondent No. 1, prima facie I am of the opinion that the dispute between the parties can be settled. Hence, both the learned Advocates are directed to make earnest efforts to resolve the dispute amicably without prejudice to the rights and contentions of parties. I have equally impressed upon both the learned Advocates that if it is possible to come to terms, they should consider the same in order to ensure that the longstanding litigation of 40 years can come to an end.

If any mediation is required, parties shall inform the Court accordingly on the next date so that Court can assist the parties in resolving the dispute.

One of the reason for passing such an order is the fact that this Court has been seized with the dispute between the parties since long and in that view of the matter, the request is made to both parties. 7.
In the meanwhile, learned City Civil Court is directed to defer the hearing of the proceedings before it for a period of four weeks from today.
