The present writ petition challenges an order 21 May 2024 passed by the Charity Commissioner, Mumbai. 2.

By the impugned order, the Charity Commissioner has fixed a schedule of dates for arguments to be made by the parties. As per said schedule, the appellant is supposed to advance its reply arguments on 10 June 2024. Only thereafter the matter can be closed for passing order. 3.

Since the only apprehension of learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner is that if for some reason the

Diksha Rane 9. WP 8168-24.doc arguments of his client are not concluded on or before 7 June 2024, he seeks a reasonable accommodation that his client should be permitted to complete his arguments and only thereafter the appellant should commence their reply arguments.

It is hereby directed that the Charity Commissioner should permit the counsel appearing for the petitioner herein (respondent nos.1, 3 to 5 before Charity Commissioner) to commence their arguments on or before 7 June 2024 and if for some reasons they are not able to conclude their arguments by 7 June 2024, they should complete their arguments by 13 June 2024. The appellant can thereafter complete their arguments on or before 18 June 2024. Thereafter, the Charity Commissioner can close the matter for passing of the order.

On above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 6.
