The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that in light of the fact that Writ Petition No. 7881 of 2024 has been withdrawn by the Petitioner in that Petition, nothing would survive in the above Writ Petition and the same can be disposed of as infructuous. 2.

In these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
