The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that despite there being a specific direction given as far back on 05.10.2021 by the Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Niphad, District Nashik directing Respondent No.1 to execute the Judgment and Decree dated 05.02.2020 passed in Special Civil Suit No.55 of 2013 within a period of three months, no steps have been taken by Respondent No.1. Respondent No.1 is a statutory officer of the State Government of Maharashtra.
