Pursuant to the order dated 14.08.2024, Valuation Report is submitted in the sealed envelope. The said sealed envelope is opened in Court in the presence of the Advocates for parties. I have perused the said Valuation Report. The combined value of both flats which are subject matter of present Writ Petition is delineated to be Rs.3,10,60,395.00 + 1,90,58,123.00. Thus total market value of both flats is Rs.5,01,18,518.00. Copy of Valuation Report is handed over to both learned Advocates before me. They both are directed to peruse the same and take appropriate instructions from their clients about agreeing to a market value and after hearing them on the next
