Leave to add her mother-in-law, as Respondent No.4. Addition be carried out with proper postal address. 2.

The Petitioner's husband passed away on 04.06.2023, while discharging his duties, in an accident. Out of the death/service benefits, the Petitioner handed over Rs.10 lakhs to the mother-in-law for her sustenance. However, the mother-in-law is now opposing the compassionate appointment of the Petitioner, who is a 33 years old widow. The widow takes care of one daughter and a son, who are minors, born from her marriage.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 2nd September, 2024.
