1.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we find that on 01/08/2024 the Authority under Rule 8 of the Maharashtra Self-Financed Schools (Establishment and Regulation) Act 2012 has informed the petitioner that the report submitted by the petitioner dated 29/12/2022 indicating the condition of the school building is valid for a duration of only one year. The petitioner has thus been called upon to submit a structural audit report indicating its fitness for about fifteen to twenty years. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that such certificate has been issued by the Structural Consultant certifying the same. Copy of the same is tendered to the learned Assistant Government Pleader.
