Pursuant to the orders dated 14th August 2024 and 19th August 2024, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the KalyanDombivali Municipal Corporation has tendered the Structural Audit Report dated 21st August 2024. The Structural Audit Report is taken on record. The same categorizes the school building as 'C2-B' with the remark that no eviction is necessary and that structural repairs are required to be carried out. It is further submitted that subject to such structural repairs being carried out, fresh inspection would be

In view of aforesaid, stand over to 26th September 2024. 3.

It is open for the petitioner to undertake the structural repairs as observed in the said Report.
