We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties for some time and have also perused the Affidavit-in-Reply filed by the Respondents. It is seen that in so far as the decision of the Field Level Authority as required under Rule 6 of the Maharashtra Self-Financed Schools (Establishment and Regulation) Rules, 2012 is concerned, recommendation by that Authority has been made in favour of the Petitioner. It is now for the State Level Authority to consider the proposal and then issue a letter of approval on its satisfaction. The State Level Authority is directed to consider the Petitioner's proposal pursuant to the recommendation of the Field Level Authority in favour of the Petitioner, in their next meeting. An Affidavit shall be filed indicating the outcome of such exercise.

Stand over to 10th July 2024, with liberty to the parties to apply in case of any contingency.
