We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The learned Assistant Government Pleader has tendered an affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents wherein it has been stated that the proposal of the petitioner seeking up-gradation of its existing school under Section 7 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 has been forwarded to the State Government for consideration. This is in accordancewith the procedure prescribed under Rule 8 of the Maharashtra Self-Financed Schools (Establishment and Regulations) Rules, 2012. In view of the aforesaid, the Respondent No.1 is directed to consider 1/2 ADN
