By this Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner seeks following reliefs; "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus and or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Respondent No. 3 Block Development Officer to consider the representations dated 13.10.2022, 13.4.2023, 9.10.2023 and 11.1.2024 respectively filed by the petitioner and initiate an action as per law. (b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent No.4 to initiate an action pursuant to the instructions contained in Government Resolution dated 4th January, 2017 for recovery and also register an offence against the then concerned Sarpanch and Gramsevaks of Respondent No.4 Grampanchayat during the Tenure of 2018-2023 for committing an illegalities,
302-8299-2025.doc irregularities, misappropriation of funds of Respondent No.4 Grampanchayat.
(c) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 3 to decide the Representations dated 13.10.2022, 13.4.2023, 9.10.2023 and 11.1.2024 filed by the petitioner and take action against the individuals who are found to be responsible"
(d) Such other and further relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper be kindly granted".

Heard, Mr. Bhangoji, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Mr. Bhangoji submits that Petitioner only seeks that Representations dated 13th October, 2022, 14th April, 2023, 9th October, 2023 and 11th January, 2024 be heard and decided by Respondent No.3 and at this stage he is not pressing for any consequential reliefs as prayed for in the Writ Petition. In view of this, Mr. Kotangale, Learned Counsel for Respondents No.2 and 3 submits that the petitioner's representation shall be heard and decided by respondent no.3.

We accordingly accept the statement made by Mr. Kotangale and direct Respondent No.3 to hear and decide the said Representation within a period of four weeks from the date on which copy of this order is uploaded. Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

No order as to costs.
