Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that for the present the Petitioner would be satisfied if the final show cause notices issued under Section 75(5) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 dated 17th October, 2024 at page 319 of the paper-book and the notice under Section 82(4) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 dated 13th November, 2025 at page 321 of the paper-book are decided by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, K-East Ward, Mumbai expeditiously.

We have gone through the Petition and heard the learned AGP. We find that the request made by the Petitioner is reasonable. In such view of the matter, the notices at page Nos.319 and 321 of the paper-book referred hereinbefore be taken to its logical conclusion by the end of April, 2026. Learned counsel for the Petitioner assures that the copy of this Order will be placed on the record of the Deputy Registrar along with copy of the Petition on or before 9th January, 2026. 5.
