P.C.:- 1) By this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, a judicial Order dated 15th February 2024, passed below Exhibit-34 in Special Civil Suit No.142 of 2014, by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Vasai, is impugned.
2) It is the settled position of law and as has been elucidated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Naresh Sridhar Mirajkar & Ors. Vs. State of Maharashtra, reported in AIR 1967 SC 1, such a Petition is not maintainable under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 1/2
