P.C. :- 1.
The only request made by learned counsel for the petitioners is regarding operative paragraph no.3 of the order dated 29.4.2024, which closes the arguments of the present petitioners who are respondent nos.6 to 11 before the learned 1/3
Charity Commissioner. Learned counsel for the petitioners upon instructions makes a statement that without disturbing the schedule fixed by the learned Charity Commissioner, as extended by this court by an order dated 6.6.2024, an opportunity to advance the arguments should be accorded. Mr.Dhirendra Sinha , learned counsel for respondent no.2 who appears has no objection for the same if the schedule is adhered to. Mr.Vyas appears for respondent no.3. Learned AGP appears for respondent no.1. All the other respondents have been served by private mode, however none appears. Considering the nature of the request and the fact that an opportunity to address arguments on merits without disturbing the schedule would be furthering the ends of justice, the impugned order dated 21.5.2024 is modified by permitting the petitioners / respondent nos.
6 to 11 before the learned Charity Commissioner to advance the arguments after the closure of the arguments of respondent nos.1 to 5. It is made clear that this shall be done within the schedule fixed by the learned Charity Commissioner as extended by this court by the order dated 6.6.2024.
2.
The petition is accordingly disposed of in above terms. No costs.
