In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner is lowest bidder, yet, the respondent nos.1 to 5 have taken a decision to start the tender process afresh. 2.
A Bench of this Court, by an order dated 25th June 2024, issued notice to respondents 6 and 7. Office note indicates that the petitioner has not supplied copies of the petition for service of notice on the aforesaid respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of service, which is taken on record. However, in the affidavit of service, it is stated that the respondents 6 and 7 have refused to accept the notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply copies of the petition for effecting service on respondents 6 & 7 within a period of three days, failing which, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Bench. 5.
