Heard Mr. Keluskar, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners.

Issue notice to the Respondents in each of the Petitions, returnable on 29 July 2024. In addition to court notice, private service is permitted. 3.
Considering the fact that Respondents have rendered few days of service coupled with the delay in filing the complaint before the Labour Court, the impugned Awards shall stand suspended till the next date of hearing.
