It is pointed out that Securitisation Application No. 94 of 2022 that was filed by the present petitioner came to be dismissed for want of prosecution on 23rd August 2023. In the said Securitisation Application, the petitioner had sought to challenge an order passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

In view of the fact that the petitioner had already approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal for challenging an order passed under Section 14 of the said Act, it is open for him to seek restoration of Securitisation Application No. 94 of 2022. 3.
