Heard learned counsel for the parties. The petition questions the order dated 8.4.2024 (page 392) passed by respondent no.1, rejecting the application for grant of stay as filed by petitioner in an appeal challenging the order dated 26.2.2024 passed by Collector and order dated 15.3.2024 passed by the same authority. The only ground of challenge is that the impugned order is an unreasoned one, being a one liner.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos.1 and 2. the petitioner to service respondent no.3 by all permissible modes of service.
