In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has prayed for enhancement of the interim maintenance granted by the learned Family Court, Pune vide order dated 19th March, 2024. Today, the Petitioner is seeking leave to withdraw the present Writ Petition, in view of the final disposal of Petition No. A2366 of 2022 filed before the Family Court, Pune, vide Judgment dated 14th May, 2025.
