Respective parties are present in the Court. They submit that they would be exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement. Since the application for interim maintenance was never decided by the Family Court, learned counsel for respondent on instructions of respondent submits that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, he would pay the maintenance amount to the petitioner 1/3 Digitally signed by IRESH MASHAL Date:

at the rate of Rs. 20,000/- per month from the date of application. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that as per Rs. 20,000/- per month, approximately the amount would come to Rs. 6,80,000/-. She further on instructions submits that respondent will pay the amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- by directly transferring the amount to the petitioner to her bank account. She further submits that respondent will pay the balance amount of Rs. 4,30,000/- within a period of three months from today by directly transferring the amount to the petitioner's account. She on instructions further submits that respondent will continue to pay amount of Rs. 20,000/- per month to the petitioner from the month of July 2024 by directly transferring the amount to the petitioner's account.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that parties be referred for mediation.

By consent, Ms. Seema Sarnaik, advocate practicing in this Court is appointed as mediator. Learned counsel for the petitioner to intimate this order to the learned Mediator and submit necessary papers. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall also intimate this order 2/3

to Main Mediation Centre, High Court, Mumbai. 5.

List the petition under the caption "For Settlement" on 13th September 2024.
