Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the total arrears as on current date are to the tune of Rs. 10,00,000/- out of which Rs. 7,20,000/- is as per the impugned order. He further submits that next date before the Civil Court in the divorce petition is 22nd July 2024. He submits that the petitioner is making an attempt to amicably settle the dispute with respondent. Hence, he requested that this petition be listed on a date after 22nd July 2024. 2.
