The Petitioner has already approached the Official Liquidator in respect of his claim arising out of his employment with erstwhile employer who is now under liquidation. The Petitioner will have to pursue his claim with Official Liquidator or seek necessary orders from the Court where these proceedings are pending. 2.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed.
