Heard Ms.Singhania, learned counsel for the petitioners. Mr.Jamsheed Master appears for respondent no.1. Learned AGP appears for the respondent - State. 2.
All these petitions question the common order dated 10.6.2024 passed by the Charity Commissioner, Mumbai on an application filed by the present applicants / petitioners seeking time to file reply to the appeal whereby the same has been rejected. There is no provision in law which permits the respondents to file reply to the appeal, as the appeal has to be decided on the basis of the grounds raised therein. Admittedly there are no interim applications which would call for reply. Considering which I am not inclined to interfere in the impugned orders. The petitions are dismissed. (AVINASH G.
