The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has already deposited an amount of Rs.12,00,000/- in the trial Court as per Order dated 02nd September 2024. The Respondent is at liberty to make an application before the trial Court for withdrawal of the said amount.

The parties have agreed to go for mediation and settle the dispute. The High Court Mediation Centre to appoint a Mediator in the matter. The appointed Mediator to submit a mediation report within a period of six weeks. List on 30th July 2025. [MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, J.] 11th June 2025 R.V.Patil
