The order dated 01.01.2024 directing delivery of vacant possession of house premises to respondent No.2 has already been complied with by delivery of the premises to respondent No.2 on 14th June 2024 as per the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. He however submits that the petitioners are interested in settling the dispute with the SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR respondent No.2, who according to them is presently staying SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date: 2024.06.19 14:35:42 +0530 with the daughter of petitioners.
