Ms.Chaitali Jadhav, states that now she has been instructed by Respondent No.2 to appear in this proceeding. She undertakes to file Vakalatnama and she seeks time to file affidavit of Respondent No.2 on the ground that she has just now received an instructions for her appearance. This Court has already made certain observations with regard to the conduct of the Respondent No.2 and statement made before this Court earlier.
