This matter is moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 27th September 2024 by Mr. Dighe, learned counsel, erstwhile advocate of respondent No.2.

Mr. Dighe, learned counsel, submits that he was asked to remain present on 27th September 2024 for seeking clarification with regard to certain statements recorded in order dated 23rd July 2024 and accordingly, he was present in the Court on 27th September 2024, when the above order was passed. He submits that in the said order, in paragraph Nos.1 and 3, his name is required to be reflected instead of Mr.Sharma.

Ms.Jadhav, learned counsel, submitted that she along with Mr.Hamid Mulla, AGP, had appeared on behalf of State, however, inadvertently, name of Mr. V. R. Raje, AGP is shown as appearing of Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4/State. It be corrected. In view of above submissions, the order dated 27th September 2024 stands corrected in following terms :

1. In paragraph Nos.1 and 3, the name of advocate be read as "Mr. Dighe", instead of "Mr.Sharma".

2. In appearance, name of "Ms. Gauri Jadhav, "A" Panel Counsel along with Mr.Hamid Mulla, AGP" be read instead of "Mr.V.R.Raje, AGP".
