The learned counsel for the respondent No.2, submits that after receipt of the possession of the premises in question, some body has broken open the lock and has entered the property, in respect of which a complaint is claimed to have been lodged with the concerned Police Station on 16.07.2024. That however, is an issue, which unless it is pointed out that, this has been done by the present petitioner, cannot be gone into in this proceedings. The learned counsel for the petitioners upon VAI

908-WP-8453-2024.doc instructions makes a statement that the aforesaid act, has not been done by the petitioners and cannot be attributed to him. 2.

List the matter on 30.07.2024, by which time the learned AGP shall take instructions and report as to whom the said act is attributable.
