The petition questions the order dated 01.02.2024 by which the application by the Maharashtra Olympic Association Trust for impleadment in the Change Report filed by the petitioner Trust has been allowed (page 89) and the Judgment in Revision ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Application dated 04.04.2024 which has dismissed the Revision ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2024.06.27 19:04:08 +0530 Application (page 102). It is contend that the earlier application filed by the Maharashtra Olympic Association Trust for being Arun Sankpal

39-WP-8455-2024.doc impledment in Change Report of 2017 was rejected on the ground that the it is not an interested person within the meaning of Section 2(10) of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act 1950 which order is dated 23.06.2023 (page 86), which has not been considered in its proper perspective, inspite of having noted the same, which is indicated in paragraph 7 at page 89 of the order dated 01.02.2024.

Issue notice for final disposal returnable on 15.07.2024. Till the returnable date, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 01.02.2024 passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner shall stand stayed.
