The learned counsel for the petitioner contend that before the impugned order dated 12.03.2020, by an earlier order on the complaint of respondent No.1 & 2, re-audit for SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR the period since 2016 to 2019 was already directed in SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date: 2024.06.19 14:35:41 +0530 pursuance to which one Mr. Rathod was appointed as the Auditor, who had submitted his report on 31.10.2019 which was accepted. It is contended that the order dated 12.03.2020 directing re-audit again for the said duration, on the complaint Sajakali Jamadar

18-WP-8462-2024.doc of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 is without taking into consideration the earlier re-audit for the same period. The learned counsel for the petitioner to place on record the earlier order by which re-audit for the duration 2016 to 2019 was directed. 2.

List the matter on 3rd July, 2024.
