At the outset, the counsel for Respondent No.2 seeks accommodation.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that order dated 12th March 2020 is stayed for all this time i.e. upto the order passed by the Revisional Authority dated 4th June 2024. He therefore, seeks continuation of the stay. The learned counsel for Respondent No.2 opposes grant of any staty. This order is corrected as per speaking to the minutes of order dated 13/09/2024 N.S. Since, time is sought by Respondent No.2 and as the order dated 12th March 2022 was stayed till decision of the Revision i.e. upto June 2024, this Court finds it appropriate to continue the said order. Hence, there would be stay to the order dated 12th March 2020 till next date of the hearing. 4.

Stand over to 30th September 2024.
