The learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions, submits that possession of one of the mortgaged properties could not be taken today. He submits that a fresh notice would be given to indicate that the possession of the mortgaged properties would be taken on 20/06/2024. In view of this, it is open for the petitioners to take appropriate steps before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 3.

Keeping all points raised in the writ petition open, it is accordingly disposed of.
